July 10th-15th, 2018. Interlochen Fine Arts Camp: Saxophone Institute (Week 3)

In collaboration with the PRISM Quartet, Edward Goodman will be on faculty at Interlochen, giving saxophones lessons, quartet coachings, clinics, masterclasses, and sectionals.

July 24th, 2018. Oklahoma Bandmaster’s Association, Tulsa, OK.

The Moanin’ Frogs are featured performers and clinicians at the Oklahoma Bandmaster’s Association.

July 25th-28th, 2018. Texas Bandmaster’s Association, San Antonio, TX.

The Moanin’ Frogs are featured performers and clinicians at the Oklahoma Bandmaster’s Association.

July 30th-August 3rd. PhoenixPhest Grande Saxophone Camp, Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI. 

The Moanin’ Frogs host their annual saxophone camp as part of PhoenixPhest Grande at Eastern Michigan University. This week long camp includes lessons, masterclasses, clinics, and saxophone chamber coachings.

November 17th-19th, 2018. Western International Band Clinic, Seattle, WA. 

The Moanin’ Frogs are featured performers, clinicians, and concerto soloist at the Western International Band Clinic.

Tuesday, May 29th, 2018. Masterclass and Recital, Paris, France

Edward Goodman will present a masterclass and recital at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Départemental d’Aulnay-sous-Bois for the students of Jérôme Laran.

May 3rd-6th, 2018. MPrize International Chamber Competition, Ann Arbor, Michigan

The Moanin’ Frogs have advanced onto the live Semi-Final round of the MPrize competition, competing for $100,000.

Sunday, April 8th, 2018. Studio Recital – Saxophone, University of Arizona

The students of Dr. Edward Goodman will perform solo repertoire, unaccompanied repertoire, and chamber music in the form of quartets, sextets, and saxophone ensemble.

At 4:00 in Holsclaw Hall, Dr. Edward Goodman will perform the Hindemith Trio for Saxophone, Viola, and Piano with Rex Woods (piano) and Tiezheng Shen (viola)

Wednesday, September 13th, 2017. Faculty Recital, University of Arizona

In his second year at the University of Arizona, Dr. Edward Goodman presents an exciting recital featuring repertoire from his upcoming debut CD album. The program will include works by Pulitzer Prize and Grammy award-winning composers William Bolcom and Joan Tower, a newly commissioned work by UA faculty member Daniel Asia, and a piece by David Biedenbender, who is on the faculty at Michigan State University.

The Moanin’ Frogs perform for the Conn-Selmer Institute Youth Ensemble.

Saturday, October 29th. Temple University, OH

The Moanin’ Frogs perform and present a clinic at Temple University for Professor Matthew Levy’s saxophone studio.

Monday, October 17th and Tuesday, October 18th. Ohio Arts Presenters Network; OAPN:

The Moanin’ Frogs were invited to perform at the OAPN Conference.

Sunday, October 9th. 1st Faculty Recital, University of Arizona:

My first faculty recital at the University of Arizona Fred Fox School of Music. Program includes repertoire by: Bedard, Chambers, Mobberley, Wiedoeft, Schubert, Jacob T.V., and Monti.

Friday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 25th. Tucson Symphony Orchestra Performance:

Principle saxophonist with the TSO. Performed Heitor Villa-Lobos “Choros N. 6,” and George Gershwin’s “An American In Paris.”

Sunday, August 28th – September 2nd. MF Midwest Tour; Michigan / Pennsylvania / New York: 

The Moanin’ Frogs complete their 1st CD Album (CD to be released by late October). MF performed at Glacier Hills Retirement home Ann Arbor MI / presented a clinic and performed at Mansfield University, PENN / Performed on Hancock NY Music Festival as a headlining show.

Thursday, July 21st – Sunday, July 24th. Texas Band Masters Association, San Antonio, TX:

The Moanin’ Frogs Perform and present a clinic at T.B.A. thanks to their partnership with the Conn-Selmer Institute.

Friday, June 24th – Thursday, June 30th. Interlochen Fine Arts Camp Saxophone Institute:
